ANTHONY L. ANISH
Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operations Officer

Anthony (Tony) Anish serves as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer of the Company.

Mr. Anish is also the CEO/CFO of a publicly traded company and has been involved in public companies in the US for over 20 years.

Mr. Anish became a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (England) in 1972. Mr. Anish ran his own firm of Chartered Accountants from 1973 until 1978 when he sold his share in the firm to his partners.

He moved to the United States in 1979 to run a subsidiary of a UK Company, Performance Tire Ltd. and led a huge expansion increasing sales from $2 million to over $28 million. He left them in 1982 and ran his own group of stores in the car repair and tire business expanding to 9 locations before selling and returning to his accounting and finance background.

From 1985 until 2009, Mr. Anish’s operations provided business financing programs including equipment leasing and asset based financing programs. During this time Mr. Anish consulted on a number of reverse merger transactions in the public markets.

From 2010, Mr. Anish has been a Director and CEO of more than one public company. His experience covers the aerospace industry, beverage and finance industries and joined Star Alliance International in May 2019.

Mr. Anish has extensive knowledge of the public company arena, finance and marketing and brings a wealth of experience to the Konx team.

Vice-President of Sales/Marketing

Mr. Holmes Stoner is a seasoned expert in marketing and sales management, renowned for his impactful multimedia programs that have driven international market expansion worldwide. With over 24 years of experience, he has conducted lectures, workshops, and seminars across the globe, earning recognition as an international trade authority within business and government circles, particularly in the Pacific Rim Trade Arena.

For the past 15 years, Mr. Stoner has served as the esteemed Founder and Chairman of both the Pacific Rim Chamber of Commerce and the American International Chamber of Commerce, solidifying his commitment to fostering global business relations and economic growth.
